Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-18

This policy explains what data Foxport (the browser extension) and our website handle. In short: the extension has no servers of ours, and your Microsoft tenant data never reaches us.

The extension

Foxport runs entirely in your browser. It calls the Microsoft Graph API directly using your own authenticated session and formats the result. We do not operate any backend, and we never receive, store, or have access to your tenant data (devices, users, groups, audit logs, etc.). Exports are generated locally on your device.

Credentials and tokens

Access and refresh tokens are stored only in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. We do not store passwords or tokens, and they are never transmitted to us. You can sign out at any time to delete them.

Permissions

The extension requests delegated, read-only Microsoft Graph permissions. It can never do anything your account cannot already do, and it never writes to your tenant. It also respects your role-based access (RBAC): you only see what your role allows.

The website

Our website is a static site. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any contact you send us by email is used only to reply to you.

Payments and licenses

Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your billing details are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy; we do not receive or store full payment card data. To manage your subscription we receive limited information such as your email and license status. If you have a paid plan, your license key may be validated against Lemon Squeezy's service — this transmits only the license key, never your tenant data.

Your rights and contact

For any privacy question, or to request access to or deletion of the limited account data we hold (e.g. your email and license), contact us at [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
